Candle Care Tips
- Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4" at all times.
- Each time you burn your candle, allow the entire top layer of the candle to become a fragrant pool of liquid wax. This will allow the candle to burn evenly throughout and you give you the best smelling candle possible.
- Soy wax has a lower melt point so remember to keep your soy candle out of direct sunlight as this may cause it to "sweat". If this happens, remove your candle from the heat source and allow to cool. It will quickly return to its normal state.
- Soy wax tends to have a bumpy look to it after the melt pool has cooled. This is due to the natural makeup of the wax. This will not affect the way your candle will burn.
- Soy wax can be cleaned from surfaces with hot soap and water, but remember although it is bio-degradable, it is still wax! Please avoid pouring wax down your drains.
- Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours.
- Place your candle on a non flammable coaster or in a non flammable candle holder for best safety practices.
